Getting Started

  • Within are the simple procedures in order to gain access to your training portfolio.

  • There are a number of different support options available to you whether it be by phone, email, or a live online chat with one of our support specialists. Support is available at all times and there is not limit to the amount of questions you may have large or small.

  • The menu is designed to be simplistic and understandable in order to ensure this highest level user satisfaction throughout their entire experience reducing the learning curve in getting started.

  • Within you will find the basic procedures for accessing your courses and navigating through the modules.

My Binder

  • Contained within your profile, in addition to some basic personal information, is a complete snapshot of your training history going back as far as your account creation date.

  • In addition to any of the required materials present within your Agenda, you may elect to take any number of the additional courses available.

  • A Pathway is a collection of 2 or more items made up of Courses, Communications and Events. A Pathway allows you to group modules together for the purposes of tracking your progress to completion for all the items in a particular Pathway as a whole.

Managing the System

  • As a manager, you have access to each and every user to which you manage. Within, you have the ability view each user profile
    along with the ability to mark users active or inactive including reseting user passwords should the need arise.

  • The Group Manager is intended to be used for the purposes of classifying, organizing, and grouping users how you see fit. These can be user departments, job titles, facilities/buildings, roles, committees, etc. The more groups defined, the better you will be able to target groups of individuals with selected training.

  • Communications are those critical pieces of information that need to be disseminated to your users in order to track completion as well as test the user's understanding of the material. Contained are the basic steps for creating, editing, and managing Communications.

  • Contained are the basic procedures for creating, editing, and managing events. The Events Manager can be used to track any activity whether it be classroom based training, informal tailgate talks/training, meetings and seminars, or to facilitate video conferencing.

  • A Pathway is a collection of 2 or more items made up of Courses, Communications and Events. A Pathway allows you to group modules together for the purposes of tracking your progress to completion for all the items in a particular pathway as a whole.

    An example of where a Pathway might be particularly useful, you can create a Pathway for a each of the various job positions in your organization. Once created, you can then define all of the various training that that position requires as part of their job function. Reporting is now simplified as you can run a single report to identify any deficiencies by position.
